If you’re looking for a Jungian analyst in Melbourne, you’re in the right place.
Frith Luton is a Zurich-trained Jungian analyst and psychotherapist in private practice in Melbourne, Australia. She is also a long-time professional book editor, having worked for all of the major publishers in Australia.
“Since childhood I have been passionate about the symbolic life and the meanings offered through story, myth, poetry, dreams and through observing nature. My interest in Jungian psychology was sparked in the 1980s. In the 1990s I started my own personal analysis with another Jungian analyst in Melbourne. In 2000 I went to Zurich and soon after began my formal intensive training there as an analyst – melding my work as teacher, wordsmith, and psychotherapist.”
Since completing her training in Switzerland, Frith has lectured on a range of topics in Australia and Switzerland, presenting lectures at ISAP, the Research and Training Centre for Depth Psychology, Zurich, and the prestigious Psychology Club in Zurich, originally founded by Carl Jung in 1916.
Frith’s book Bees, Honey and the Hive was published by Inner City Books, Toronto, in January 2011. ICB is a specialist Jungian publisher with over 130 titles on its list.
Frith can be contacted on (03) 9889 3152.
